Forum migration

Post by Tolaso J Kos »

Dear Members and Guests of mathimatikoi.org,

we would like to inform you that mathimatikoi.org has recently undergone a server migration in order to improve performance, stability, and scalability for the long term. As part of this upgrade, we also had to update and propagate our DNS (Domain Name System) settings, which may have caused intermittent downtime or accessibility issues over the past few hours.

Please rest assured that these interruptions were temporary and necessary for the transition to our new hosting environment. Most users should already be seeing the site functioning normally again. However, due to the nature of DNS propagation—which can vary depending on your internet service provider and geographic location—some visitors may continue to experience minor connectivity issues for a short while longer.

If you’re still having trouble accessing the site, or if the site does not appear to be working as expected, we kindly suggest that you clear your browser cache or try accessing the site using a different browser or device. In many cases, these issues are simply caused by outdated cached data.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. These changes were made with our community in mind, and we are confident that the improvements will lead to a smoother and more responsive experience for everyone.

If you encounter any ongoing issues or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through the forum or contact page.

Thank you once again for being a valued part of the mathimatikoi community.

Warm regards.
Imagination is much more important than knowledge.
